This is the beginning of my new endeavor as a self-publishing indie author. Posts in The Winding Path will include thoughts on my writing, such as a look into my characters and the novel’s various themes. My children’s adventure series, Sophia of the Bright Red Sneakers, for children ages eight to twelve will come out this year. In August, Mission 1: All in a Day’s Work, and by the end of the year, Mission 2: Unexpected Visitors. My Books has a synopsis of each. Although I have to classify an age range for the reader, I hope adults will also find them entertaining. Themes such as being alone and needing to make your own non-traditional family are universal, whether you are a child or an adult. Getting bullied by your boss or a co-worker does not differ from when you were a child. In my books, you get to win!
I will also post items or stories I feel are inspirational or raise a sense of this earth’s great beauty. It is something to be cherished. As The Winding Path progresses, I hope you will join this community.
