Where Spirit and Nature Meet
From McIntosh, Kenneth. Water from an Ancient Well:
Celtic Spirituality for Modern Life (p. 87-88).
Anamchara Books. Kindle Edition. The path meanders back and forth along a dry creek bed, then climbs uphill through rock formations where I have to gear down, stand on the pedals, and balance the bike. After a few minutes, the path turns Presence embraces me. The stillness has become preternatural. I can no longer hear the ravens or the rustle of pines. I open my eyes and fin

From #CronesRock to #GirlPower
The myth of the Three-Part Goddess has many sources and traditions, many associated with the phases of the moons or changing of seasons. Her best friend and co-conspirator is Pedro Gonzalez, who lives in the building next door and who also attends JSCA. In my Friday posts, I am going to be writing about different aspects of my upcoming books. Today’s blog introduces the main character on a typical day at school. In an encounter wi

Attack of the Icons
If you are a self-publishing writer, you are also a DIY marketing exec. I am including today’s self-portrait for your enjoyment. It’s an absolute likeness of me trying to get all the necessary social media accounts updated and connected to my website. Since all the URLs are in distinct word orders, getting everything connected correctly is very frustrating. I am fairly tech-savvy, but trying to understand Google Analytics, SEOs, tags, categories, etc., takes ten times more ti
